Does the library have word processors or typewriters available for public use?

Yes. The Hoover Public Library now operates a Technology Hub, which is open during all normal library hours. The Hub is equipped with six new PCs offering word processing. Computers are available on a first come, first serve basis. The Hub also provides a computer workstation for our visually-impaired patrons. Printing is ten cents per black and white copy and fifty cents per color copy. The Library also provides two typewriters on a first come, first serve basis. These typewriters are located in the Circulation Department.
