Join us this Saturday for a special library-wide event celebrating countries and continents around the globe: Passport to the World. In the Fiction Department, we’ll be featuring the literature and cultures of Argentina and Canada between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. You can test your “football” knowledge in our soccer challenge (the #1 sport in Argentina), try your skills in a basketball shoot (invented by a Canadian), play a friendly game of Trivial Pursuit (also a product of Canada), or watch a talented pair of entrancing dancers perform the Argentine tango to traditional music.
