We subscribe to over 200 popular magazines and several newspapers and are a distribution point for a number of free local publications. New issues are in the Newstand on the Library Plaza and are available for reading in-library on any of our comfy sofas or perhaps while sipping an espresso at Coffee-ol-ogy. Most past issues of magazines are available for checkout for three weeks. To find a specific magazine, you can search the library catalog by journal title but a visit to the library will give you a better idea of what's available. We subscribe to new titles throughout the year and frequently visit local bookstores to pick up single issues. In addition, we are always happy to consider your magazine suggestions! Please submit your suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
In December 2012, Newsweek ceased publishing a print edition. They are now a solely digital publication. To satisfy patron demand, we have subscribed to the digital edition and make it available on a NOOK e-reader that can be checked out at the Plaza desk. Please try it out and let us know what you think!
