Leahy
“An act whose music is invigorating . . . a tonic for the spirit” ~ The Los Angeles Times
This multi-talented musical ensemble of eight brothers and sisters is a whirlwind of ferocious fiddle-driven instrumentals, step-dancing and vocals, augmented by keyboards and percussion. Writing and arranging their own music, the band’s 1997 self- titled debut seized the public’s attention and boosted their sales to double platinum in Canada. They have toured extensively with Shania Twain, produced an Oscar-winning documentary, won numerous Juno awards, and their most recent album, In All Things, landed them as Virgin Canada’s largest selling domestic group worldwide.
