The Travelin’ McCourys

Critics and musicians across the country hail them as the best bluegrass band in the world.
The sons of bluegrass legend Del McCoury continue their father’s work in the latest incarnation of the most awarded band in bluegrass history. Based in tradition, this ensemble is loved and respected by the bluegrass faithful, and while they have a confidence that comes with 20 years on the bluegrass road, the McCoury brothers and talented band members bring a fresh and rejuvenating spontaneity to the stage. With tight rhythms and individual instrumental prowess, their reputation as progressive collaborators has brought them together with various artists from Vince Gill to the Allman Brothers to Phish.
