An Evening with Molly Ringwald

“Elegantly gorgeous ... (Molly Ringwald) is no dilettante.” ~ The Hollywood Reporter

Well known for her roles on stage and screen, Ringwald earned a Golden Globe at age 13 and went on to star in numerous iconic films including Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club and Pretty in Pink. However, little known about the star is her bona fide classical jazz background. The daughter of blind jazz pianist Bob Ringwald, Molly released her first studio album at the tender age of six with the Fulton Street Jazz Band. The Dixieland style of her youth made way for modern jazz of later years, and performing songs such as “Don’t You Forget About Me,” she is now showing off those sultry pipes to audiences around the world.
