Dames at Sea

"Dames at Sea is a real winner, a little gem of a musical." ~ New York Times
Dames-at-Sea.jpg
Dames at Sea is a bright, miniature musical revolving around the antics of a group of performers staging a show on a battleship. A full-of-energy mixture of parody, pastiche and the real thing, Dames spoofs the large, flashy 1930s Busby Berkeley-style movies in which an understudy steps into a role on Broadway and becomes a star. Think 42nd Street! New York mocks Hollywood in this affectionate lampoon...and everyone finds romance...all on the deck of a battleship! Tickets $22
