Purl on the Plaza VIRTUAL Celebration!

Because we were unable to gather for our annual World Wide Knit in Public Day, we are moving things online!  On Saturday, October 10th, from 1 pm to 5 pm, we will have a party celebrating all things crafty and yarnie.

The week prior, beginning on Monday, October 5th, there will be online surprises including door prizes you will be eligible to win.  On Saturday, we will also have the results of two competitions judged.  One will be for the best, most creative Yarn Bombing -- keep it legal and PC!  Also, there will be a charity competition for the most clever and original Twiddlemuff or Figit Blanket!  These will be collected and given to Alzheimer's of Central Alabama when we are finished with our competition.  The winners will receive a KNIT HAPPENZ gift certificate.

Other special events will be posted that week on our Facebook page and the virtual celebration page.
