As an official U.S. Department of State passport facility, we are happy to help you apply for your passport.
Two payments needed at time of application.
U.S. Department of State (Check or Money Order)
Hoover Public Library Acceptance Fee $35 (Cash, Check or Card)
This fee should not be included on your check or money order to the Dept of State
Optional:
Photo Fee $15 (additional charge if you wish to take your passport photo at our facility)
Express Mail $27.20 (optional)
ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE ARRIVAL
